Schnitz's founder, Roman, was taught the traditional way of cooking schnitzels by his mother in their Polish kitchen. Today, the Schnitz team continue to craft every schnitzel the same way. Our methods are simple but our passion is evident.

At Schnitz Armstrong Creek, order from a selection of burgers, classic parmas, wraps, salads and sides. All our products are hand crafted and made fresh right before your eyes. We source the majority of ingredients right here in Australia, and only import ingredients to that are native to the country they originate from.
